5.2 Refund requests under exceptional circumstances must be submitted within three (3) months from the enrollment date and are subject to Company approval.
5.3 Approved refunds will be subject to a minimum administrative fee of 50%.
5.4 YI SHANG reserves the final right of interpretation and decision.
