退款政策
易商（YI SHANG）致力于为所有参与者提供良好的学习体验。
在报名任何课程、活动或项目之前，请仔细阅读以下退款政策。
1. 考虑期（Consideration Period）
参与者可于报名日起十五（15）个日历天内提出退款申请（以下简称“考虑期”）。
超过考虑期后提出的退款申请，原则上将不予受理。
2. 退款程序
2.1 提交申请
退款申请须于考虑期内，通过回复订单确认邮件或联系客户服务团队提交。
2.2 审核程序
所有退款申请均需经公司审核与确认。
参与者可能需提供相关报名及付款资料。
2.3 退款处理
审核通过后，退款将在七（7）个工作日内退回至原付款方式。
实际到账时间可能因支付平台或银行处理时间而有所不同。
3. 特别条款
3.1 主办方调整
若公司对课程日期、地点或形式进行调整，参与者可于收到通知后十五（15）个日历天内申请退款。
退款金额可能扣除相关行政费用、支付平台手续费或第三方服务费用。
3.2 不可抗力（Force Majeure）
若因以下不可抗力因素导致课程取消、延期或调整，公司将不承担退款责任，包括但不限于：
- 天灾
- 政府限制
- 公共卫生事件
- 战争
- 社会动荡
- 环境因素
- 技术问题
- 其他不可抗力事件
在此情况下，公司有权调整、延期或更改课程安排。
4. 不予退款情况
以下情况原则上不予退款：
- 缺席课程或活动
- 个人时间安排冲突
- 超过考虑期后改变决定
- 基于个人主观期待的不满意
- 未使用或未查看已提供资料
5. 行政费用
已批准的退款申请，可能需扣除合理行政费用、手续费或交易费用。
6. 最终决定权
易商保留所有退款申请的最终解释与决定权。

Refund Policy
At YI SHANG, we are committed to providing a positive learning experience for all participants.
Please read the following refund policy carefully before registering for any course, event or program.
1. Consideration Period
Participants may request a refund within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of enrollment (“Consideration Period”).
Refund requests submitted after the Consideration Period will generally not be accepted.
2. Refund Procedure
2.1 Request Submission
To request a refund, participants must contact our customer support team by email or reply to the order confirmation email within the Consideration Period.
2.2 Verification Process
All refund requests are subject to verification and review by the Company.
Participants may be required to provide supporting information relating to their registration and payment.
2.3 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within seven (7) business days and credited back to the original payment method used during registration.
Actual processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
3. Special Provisions
3.1 Organizer Changes
If the Company changes the official course date, venue or format, participants may request a refund within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of notification.
Refunds under this clause may exclude applicable administrative fees, transaction charges or third-party service fees.
3.2 Force Majeure
No refunds shall be provided for cancellations, postponements or changes resulting from events beyond the reasonable control of the Company, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Public health emergencies
- War
- Civil unrest
- Environmental factors
- Technical disruptions
- Other force majeure events
In such situations, the Company reserves the right to reschedule, replace or modify the program.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be granted under the following circumstances:
- Failure to attend the course or event
- Personal scheduling conflicts
- Change of mind after the Consideration Period
- Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations
- Failure to access or review provided materials
5. Administrative Fees
Approved refunds may be subject to reasonable administrative, processing or transaction fees.
6. Final Decision
YI SHANG reserves the final right of interpretation and decision regarding all refund requests.
